Are your courses considered "interactive"?
Yes. Several states are now requiring self-study CPE courses to be interactive, where the student may receive continuous feedback throughout the learning process. As of January 1st, 2005 all of our courses are interactive.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
CPE World Inc. protects the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We do not keep a database of your credit information anywhere in our system. CPE World accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

How do I know if my state will accept your credits?
You can view information on your state by clicking on your state from the drop down box in the upper right hand corner of this page.

How long will it take my course to get here?
We ship all courses via USPS priority mail, which reaches most parts of the country in 2-4 business days. Next or second day delivery is available upon request for an additional charge.

What score is required to pass a test and how often can I retake a test if I don't pass the first time?
A score of 70% or better is required to pass our courses. You may take our tests as many times as you would like; current CPE guidelines do not limit the number of times a test may be taken.

How long are your tests and in what format are they written?
Our tests include 5 True or False questions for each CPE credit offered. For example, a CPE test worth 20 credits would include 100 True or False questions.

Once I start taking the test online, is it timed?
No. You have as much time as you would like to complete the test.

How often can I retake a test if I don't pass the first time?
As many times as you would like. Current CPE guidelines do not limit the number of times a test may be taken.

What do you send me when I finish the course?
When you complete your course you will receive a certificate for each course indicating how many credit hours you earned along with the course title. Certificates can be sent by fax, mail or E-mail. Certificates are usually sent within 1 business day of completing the course.

Are your courses accepted by the CFP Board?
Yes, courses denoted by and asterisk on the Courses & Pricing page are accepted for credit by the CFP Board.

Can I prepay with a check instead of using a credit card?
